If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. If no part of the order ships and you cancel, that refund includes the shipping charge.

Custom-style enquiries are stored in your browser so they remain available when you return. Standard purchases are processed in the Square shop under Square’s privacy policies. When you send an enquiry on WhatsApp, the selected items, size, color, notes and any name you enter are included in the message.
